After a big rain storm rolled through Chicago recently, we received many calls about water in basements.  Sometimes, there is just too much water for the Sump Pump to keep up.  That's when we are called in to clean up the water from the storm.  Day or night, SERVPRO is always there!

When it rains, it pours!  At this home in Park Ridge, they had a sump pump that could not keep up with the amount of water that was being pushed into it.  Unfortunately, when this happens, the water will come back into the basement, and the crews need to pump it back outside!  Crews responded quickly on a Sunday to get this water out of the basement.
