As an employee of SERVPRO for the past three years, I have seen first hand, what makes this company the best restoration contractors in the business. Over the past thirteen years, I have worked for a few different restoration companies, and each one, did something better or worse than the other. SERVPRO employees must undergo a background check as well as an extensive training on fire, water, mold, and bio-hazard cleanups. We have a 1,4,8 policy that sets a strict guideline as to how quickly each franchise must respond to emergencies. One hour to contact the customer, Four hours to be onsite, and Eight hours to notify the appropriate parties. This insures a smooth process during a stressful time.
